Before You Write
- Scheme status questions (e.g. "is my registration approved?") — we can't check individual registrations; only the official 9771 SMS system can. Try the complaint channels.
- Found an error? Tell us the page URL and what's wrong — corrections go live with a dated note.
- Press & partnerships: include "9771.help" in your subject line.
What We Can't Do
We cannot register you, issue tokens, or intervene with government departments — we're an independent guide, not the scheme operator. For anything requiring official action, use helpline 9771 or the PAK ID App.
