Eligible vehicles for 9771 fuel relief

Eligible Vehicles

  • Motorcycles & scooters (all makes)
  • Auto-rickshaws, Qingqis & Chingchis (two/three-wheelers)
  • Cars with engine capacity up to 800cc (e.g. Suzuki Alto, Daihatsu Mira–class)

Vehicles above 800cc, commercial heavy transport, and government vehicles are not covered.

Monthly Fuel Quotas

  • Two/three-wheelers: up to 20 litres/month — issued as weekly Rs. 500 tokens (5 litres each).
  • 800cc cars: up to 30 litres/month — issued as a Rs. 1,000 token (10 litres) every 10 days.

That means maximum monthly savings of Rs. 2,000 (bikes) and Rs. 3,000 (800cc cars).

Vehicle Age Rule

Your vehicle must have been registered on or after 1 January 2006 — roughly a 20-year age limit. Older vehicles don't qualify, even if they're otherwise eligible types.

Ownership Rules

  • One vehicle per owner — each CNIC can register only a single vehicle.
  • Bikes/rickshaws: you do not need to be the registered owner (useful for family-shared bikes).
  • 800cc cars: you must be the registered owner in excise records.

Other Conditions

  • The earlier 5-litre minimum purchase requirement has been removed — buy any quantity.
  • Tokens can be redeemed offline via SMS — no smartphone or internet needed at the pump.
  • Registration details are cross-verified against NADRA and provincial excise databases.
